Walking With Our Carmelite Saints
Presented by members of the Secular Order of Discalced Carmelites of San Antonio.
November 14 marks the Feast of All Carmelite Saints. In honor our beloved Saints, we invite you to journey with us on this pilgrimage through the lives of some of our famous Carmelite Saints such as St. Elijah and St. John of the Cross, and some of our lesser known Carmelite Saints such as St. Nuno Álvares Pereira and others.
These Saints were all inspired by St. Teresa of Jesus, Foundress of the Discalced Carmelite Order. Come learn about their contributions to the Church, their struggles, heroism and their legacy.
Following this workshop is an opportunity to venerate the first-class relics of Carmelite saints housed at Little Flower Basilica! Mass with the Discalced Carmelite friars follows at 12pm.
Saturday, November 22
9am to 12pm at the Little Flower Hall
907 Kentucky Ave.
